- Each Game Will Be Officiated By 2 PIAA Officials
- Use SZ 28.5 Basketball/Regulation Height Baskets
- Pre-Game and Halftime 3-5 Minutes
- Game Consists of 2 – 20 Minute Running Clock Halves
- SUBS EVERY 5:00 (LAST 5:00 MINUTES OF GAME SUB FREELY)
- Clock Stops The Last 1 Minute of Each Half
- Overtime Will Be 2:00 Minutes (1) Additional Time-Out Will Be Given To Each Team
- Each Team Gets (2) 45 Second Time Outs Per Half
- All Teams MUST Play Man to Man Defense (FOR FIRST 35 MINUTES)
- No Pressing Until Last 5 Minutes of The Game (CAN USE ZONE OR MAN PRESSES)
- INDIVIDUAL Players CANNOT Foul Out (Shoot 1 and 1 on 10th TEAM Foul)
- FT Shooter CAN cross the line but not be the first to touch the ball
- Technical, Flagrant, and Intentional Fouls Are Not Shot/Automatic 2 Points
- Player Who Commits The Infraction MUST Be Removed From Game For At Least One Possession
- No Harassment Of Officials, Players or Coaches Will Be Tolerated.
- Any Violation of This Will Result In The Removal of That Player or Coach From Game
